Our busy practice is seeking a Front Office Medical Assistant to support our Surgical Coordinator and keep our front office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.

What Youll Do :

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming office experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in / check-out.
• Assist with verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating patient records.
• Coordinate with the Surgical Coordinator to prepare and organize patient files.
• Handle referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked front office environment.
• Support the team with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
