Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (Indirect).
  • Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions (Direct).
  • Organize and plan workload according to store activation plan and adapt based on business needs in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
  • Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M Brand Standards.
  • Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
  • Perform sales KPI follow-up, identify and prioritize visual & commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
  • Create efficient actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets, store goals, budget, and follow-up actions with Store Management.
  • Follow procedures and best practices for OMNI services, operational routines, legal requirements, and communication in all areas of the store with the Store team.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

  • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers.
  • Plan time for fashion and trend awareness to understand trend theory and mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation to anticipate customer needs and enhance in-store shopping experience.
  • Team & Development

  • Share, inspire, and educate store teams; keep them updated with seasonal changes, fashion trends, and relevant visual & commercial information in-store.
  • Coach and develop the Store team’s visual and commercial skills to ensure high quality of product and presentation according to guidelines.
  • Support and develop daily routines and best practices to maintain a consistent level of visual & commercial standards while sustaining customer service engagement.
  • Develop and coach talents and provide onboarding training to new colleagues; organize and carry out visual & commercial upskilling for you and your colleagues.
  • Complete Visual Competencies & Commercial 4 All trainings based on regional and market goals; support store expansion needs with Area Visual Manager.
  • Visual & Commercial Execution

  • Execute visual & commercial curation and styling for the store based on the commercial calendar, allocation, store activation plan, and fashion trends per mood boards and guidelines.
  • Carry out sample-picking routines with stockroom quantities to create clear trends and stories according to inspiration from guidelines.
  • Secure window and styling execution to create an inspirational and commercial customer experience.
  • Provide good customer flow by maintaining commercial layout and fixtures for best trend story placement.
  • Maintain price signs in windows and throughout the store following global strategy and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure lighting highlights products and display forms.
  • Care for display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
  • Coordinate with Area Visual Manager to keep store navigation updated according to guidelines and layout.
  • Ensure sufficient quantities of sale and other activity materials (including POS) per local routines.
  • Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, organized, and safe per local security guidelines.
  • Qualifications

  • Curious and creative; proactive, solution-focused, flexible, with effective cross-functional communication skills to achieve results.
  • Interest in fashion and leadership skills; able to apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with being solution-focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in-store.
  • Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
  • Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

  • Compensation : expected base salary range is $20.90 - $24.93 hourly.
