Salary : $110,000 - $115,000 annually (negotiable for the ideal candidate)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily network operations and provide guidance to junior team membersArchitect and deploy networking solutions including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systemsResolve advanced networking issues and deliver Tier 3 supportCollaborate with leadership to shape long-term infrastructure strategyMaintain network documentation, monitoring tools, and change management protocolsLead infrastructure efforts for new site deployments and major upgradesParticipate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours supportTravel locally (up to 50%), primarily within a 20-mile radius of the central officeIdeal Background
Minimum 5 years of experience in WAN / LAN, datacenter, and hybrid / cloud environmentsProficiency with Aruba / HP networking (Cisco / CCNA experience also applicable)Strong grasp of VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting, and packet analysisExposure to VoIP, SAN, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange, and endpoint managementFamiliarity with ServiceNow workflows (Incident, Request, Problem, Change)Excellent communication and mentoring abilities across technical and non-technical teamsPreferred certifications : Cisco (CCNA), CNP, or equivalentDegree preferred but not required-experience and certifications may substituteExtra Credit
