Certified Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Specialist II, Patient Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient outreach via outbound phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients

Communicate with doctor's offices and clinics to provide and gather prescription information

Answer inbound calls related to manufacturer programs and patient management programs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Certified CPhT or ExCPT required, or the ability to obtain within 6 months

2 years of pharmacy support, healthcare environment, or related experience required

1 year of experience and demonstration of proficiency in the position or equivalent required

Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
