Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a motivated attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Uniondale or New York City location. Candidates with experience in professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters are strongly preferred.

Position Highlights:

• Join a collegial, fast-paced team handling complex litigation matters
• Hybrid work schedule: minimum 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Qualifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar (required)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience managing discovery, including document review and drafting responses
• Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)

Compensation:

• Annualized salary range: $125,000 - $175,000
• Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
