Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Product Designer to join their team. As a Product Designer, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting design research and experience strategy initiatives for partners and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Remote
Pay Range : $49 / hr - $54 / hr on W2
What's the Job?
Communicate complex concepts effectively to create enthusiasm and alignment for future state experiences
Utilize design systems to develop artifacts such as wireframes, storyboards, and customer journey maps
Create visual design documents supporting end-to-end customer experience delivery
Build connections and partnerships to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale
Support synthesis of customer insights and data to identify larger issues beyond immediate customer desires
What's Needed?
8-10 years of experience in product or service design or equivalent experience using design thinking methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
Experience designing and supporting remote workshops
Strong ability to communicate holistic solutions and leverage insights from various research methods
