Your Role :

As a Third Key Sales Associate, youll support daily operations, assist customers and donors, and step up to open or close the store when needed. Youll be a key part of the team, keeping things running smoothly and supporting our mission every step of the way.

What Youll Do :

  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers and donors
  • Keep the sales floor stocked and organized
  • Handle bank deposits and daily reports as needed
  • Rotate opening and closing the retail store with the rest of the management team
  • Step in as a leader when supervisors are off-site

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and active vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Comfort lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout your shift
