TEKsystems is currently hiring for FULL-TIME Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area to start on December 29! ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 30 MILE RADIUS OF Winchester, VA! Position : Member Service Representative

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and / or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

Training is MANDATORY for 6-8 weeks Monday-Friday 9 : 30AM-5 : 00PM EST (It will be paid training!!!)

Regular Work Schedule after training : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday OR Sunday - Friday

CURRENT shift times after training range between the hours of 12 : 00 PM-12 : 30 AM EST (8hrs shift)

Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday (One weekend day required. you will have 1 rotating off day during the week)

Must have a 9.5 hour window of flexibility to be able to work. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Location : ONSITE (will transition to hybrid afterwards)

Pay Rate : $19.50 / hourly

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
