Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the general direction of the Director of Radiology and the direct supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform diagnostic testing procedures and conduct research activity in the areas of radiopharmacy and related imaging protocols, and software development.
What qualifications you will need :
Education :
Associated Degreein Nuclear Medicine Technology or an accredited certification program required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience :
Five years’ experience with Associates Degreeoraccreditedcertification program or three years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree.
Licensure / Certification :
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
CNMT,ARRT-N and / or CAMRT(Must renew certification and / or registration annually with 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually
Licensed in the State of New Hampshire with the Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy
IV Certified or must complete IV certification within90 days of hire.
