AT&T Team Member Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer-interfacing representative of AT&T products and services, making friendly connections in high-traffic retail or event settings.

Engage customers actively to determine their communication needs and sell them tailored solutions, including wireless, fiber internet, and streaming services.

Drive product adoption through engaging product demos articulating the speed and reliability of 5G technology.

Meet or beat daily and weekly sales quotas through strong communication and closing abilities.

Learn the features and advantages of the full portfolio of AT&T products and become a local expert on 5G network speed and devices.

Process new service agreements and upgrades accurately to deliver a seamless and positive customer onboarding experience.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions with other AT&T Team Members to enhance sales strategy and product knowledge continuously.

Document customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools provided to facilitate superior follow-up and tracking.
