Job descriptionConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Facilitate evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions Educate and support families as part of the treatment process Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, peer specialists, and other treatment team members Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement efforts Bachelors or Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Certification or licensure in Pennsylvania preferred (LPC, LCSW, CAADC, etc.) Minimum 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health Working knowledge of addiction theory, trauma-informed care, and recovery models Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus Competitive starting salary based on experience and credentials Full benefits package including : Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match (up to 4%) Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Aflac supplemental insurance plans Ongoing professional development and continuing education support Positive, team-oriented work environment with mission-driven leadership

Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Substance Abuse Therapist to join our team at our halfway house location. In this role, you will provide clinical support to individuals in early recovery, facilitating both individual and group counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help each client build a path to long-term recovery.
