Hours : Full Time; Monday-Friday, 3pm-11 : 30pm
Pay Range : $80,184-$90,064

Maintains and submits current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the positionParticipate in Treatment Team MeetingsCrisis intervention with patients as neededMaintain assigned caseload of patients and ability to delegate and manage caseloads of teamProvides direct care to patients - including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, case management, discharge and aftercare planning, lectures, treatment plans, daily progress notes, facilitation of daily groups, group note completion, family meetings and completion of bio-psychosocial assessmentsResponsible for each assigned patient's medical record. All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely mannerResponsible for linking patient's with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the patient and his / her family to access outpatient services where appropriateAttend mandatory trainingsWorks collaboratively with all parties involved in the clinical review and insurance authorization process to maximize third party incomeResponsible for contacting the insurance company for authorization, as neededUtilizes standards precautions at all timesDemonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient rightsFamiliarity with managing an in-patient milieu including proficiency in de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, ability to set and reinforce milieu rules and crisis debriefing techniquesEnsure that programming services adhere to written policies and proceduresEnsure that all licensing and accreditation standards are metInteracts with local and community service networks in a manner that enhances the public relations of the facilityOther duties as assigned by the Program / Clinical / Area Directors, and / or COOQualifications
