We are partnering with a Japanese electronic components manufacturer seeking to add a Distribution Planner to their team. The distribution planner position is an entry level role with someone who has strong motivation to grow in the supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound shipments, order releases, and urgent delivery requests
- Monitor inbound shipments; report delays and file claims for lost / damaged goods
- Conduct monthly transit time analysis and logistics reporting
- Allocate inventory during supply-constraint periods and coordinate with planning teams
- Maintain logistics data, warehouse reports, and invoices
- Process internal orders for excess stock and monitor transfers
- Handle carrier plate orders, forecasts, pricing updates, and RMAs
- Support cross-dock / in-bond documentation, 3PL data reviews, and monthly reporting
- Provide team backup and assist with additional tasks as needed
