About the Role

The Superintendent will oversee all field operationscoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and tradesto ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining site quality, cleanliness, and safety, while working closely with Project Managers to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades for smooth project delivery.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and logs.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, collaborating with Project Managers to stay on track.
• Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges or delays proactively.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
