About The Position

Responsibilities and Duties
Travel to patient locations within Connecticut to provide wound care servicesPerform sharp and surgical debridement, including administration of LidocaineManage a patient load of 6-7 visits per dayCoordinate weekly schedule with a scheduler; travel times typically range from 10 to 30 minutes, with rare instances up to 90 minutesMaintain timely and accurate charting, including photo documentation using an iPad, with completion required by end of dayDemonstrate excellent bedside manner and effective communication with patientsEnsure compliance with all relevant clinical protocols and documentation standardsAdditional Information
Must have a valid Connecticut Physician Assistant licenseRequired board certification : Wound CareSeveral years of relevant clinical experience required, with recent experience (within the last 3-6 months) in sharp and surgical debridementAdditional certifications are a plusStrong organizational skills and adaptability for a mobile work environmentBenefits
