Managed Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 6 Customer Service Representatives
- Coach team and give feedback
- Develop a strong working rapport with our national customer base.
- Strategically collaborate with customers, peers, and management.
- Review customer requests and provide quotes to match their requirements.
- Follow up via email and phone to determine the status of quotes.
- Receive and enter customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations.
- Effectively collaborate with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Accounting departments during all phases of the quote and order processes.
- Review and resolve any customer issues that may arise.
- Commit to daily learning and give 100% effort.
Essential Skills :
Strong computer skills, with emphasis on using Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Excellent phone call etiquette.Aptitude to develop knowledge of all products and services offered.Basic math knowledge with some geometrical functions.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience with ERP systems is useful but not required.Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints is desired but not required.Possess some mechanical aptitude.College, Community College degree, or online classes (certificate) is a plus but not required.Enthusiasm, self-confidence, and a good attitude.Dispatch experience preferred, but not required.Work Environment :
The work environment is a professional office setting. The role involves using technologies such as SAP and Microsoft Office suite. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lodi, California.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86 / hr.
