Key Responsibilities

Provide a full range of psychiatric services, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment

Analyze patient data and test findings to diagnose behavioral health disorders

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active state license in Illinois

1-3 years of experience since obtaining the license

Intermediate to advanced experience with technology

Established and updated CAQH profile preferred
