Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Are you a proactive leader with a background in chemical manufacturing and a passion for reliability and maintenance excellence? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving performance, safety, and efficiency in our operations.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a close-knit, collaborative environment—where your voice matters and your contributions are recognized.

What You'll Do :

Develop, implement, and lead a proactive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM) program to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Oversee root cause analysis and failure investigations for critical plant assets.
Manage and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams and supervisors.
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate across departments to provide technical support and direction in maintenance operations.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

5+ years of technical experience in maintenance.

5+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams.

Strong background in chemical manufacturing (preferred).

Proven ability to build and manage effective PM programs.

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and pass medical clearance for respirator use.

Flexible schedule with willingness to travel as needed.

Competitive salary : $120,000–$170,000 per year
