Radiology Technologist (RT / NCT / LMRT) – PRN

Position Summary
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic x-rays as ordered by the provider on duty. This is a dual role requiring cross-training in basic clinical/MA tasks including rooming patients, performing vitals, POC testing, phlebotomy, injections, and more.

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: 3 shifts per week
• PRN: Minimum 2 shifts per month
• Clinic Hours:
  • Mon–Sat: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sun: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and on-call shift required for full-time staff
• Flexible scheduling made 4–6 weeks in advance

Pay Range

• $17–$27/hr based on experience, certifications (NCT, LMRT, RT), and clinical skills
• Performance reviews at 90 days and annually
• Merit-based increases & opportunities for advancement through our Tier System (Levels 1–4)
• Company-paid DOT and BAT certification within first 30 days

Qualifications

• Active license with the Texas Medical Board (NCT, LMRT, or RT)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in urgent care or outpatient settings
• Current BLS Certification (AHA compliant)
• Must obtain BAT (within 30 days) and DOT (within 60 days) certifications (we assist with this)
• Up-to-date immunizations (Flu, TB, Tdap, Hep B, MMR)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic x-rays while maintaining radiation safety (ALARA standards)
• Room patients, record vitals, perform POC testing (COVID, Flu, Strep, etc.)
• Conduct drug screenings, injections, and lab specimen collection
• Support clinic operations including stocking, cleaning, and patient education
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing training, assist with front office tasks when needed
