About the Opportunity

This individual should

• Have experience on commercial construction projects; hospitality / multi-family a bonus.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, quality workmanship, and collaborative teamwork.
• Excel at adhering to deadlines, maintaining a clean jobsite, motivating subcontractors, and communicating effectively and respectfully.
• Possess a positive, dedicated work ethic, and a proven record of performance and reliability.
• Be proficient with technology and construction management software, utilizing them effectively in daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES (m ay include but are not limited to) :

The Assistant Superintendent will support daily job-site operations to help ensure safe, successful, and timely project completion.

Schedule and Work Hours

Standard work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM. Due to the nature of the construction industry and project demands, extended hours and occasional weekend work may be required. Candidates must be able to maintain flexibility in their schedule to meet deadlines and support project needs.
