Senior / Lead Corporate Accountant

Looking for someone to support the CFO who has 5-10 years of accounting experience and who is proficient in cloud-based accounting, preferably Sage Intacct along with SaaS based or technology-based corporation experience.

Duties include :

• Maintaining financial records to ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
• Oversee A / R, GL, invoices, transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage sales tax returns and help with auditing, month-end deadlines, schedules, etc.
• Process new contracts, including managing revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC606.
• Ensure GAAP compliance.
