Strong negotiation and communication skills. Creates litigation plans. Conducts discovery. Travels to court and other appearances. Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Workers' Compensation Defense experience. Highly motivated, results-oriented, energetic, with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Appreciates and enjoys litigation. Creativity in case closings.

Requirements :
- Preferable Candidates would have 3 years experience.

Position Summary :
Associate Attorney to be responsible for all aspects of the workers’ compensation case, including evaluating the merits of the case, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, and negotiating, settling, and litigating cases, if necessary.
