Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Summary : Top General Contractor with a nationwide footprint of hyperscale Data Center projects. Seeking mid-senior level Project Managers to own full project delivery (precon → turnover) for large-scale data center / mission-critical builds. Lead schedule, cost, contracts, quality, safety, and client relations across multi-trade teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive preconstruction : scope, budgets / GMPs, buyout strategy, risk and value analysis.
• Lead overall schedule, cost forecasting, change management, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement of long-lead MEP / equipment.
• Coordinate CSA / MEP trades, commissioning, integration, and phased turnover.
• Maintain client / commercial management and executive reporting cadence.
• Champion safety and quality; closeout, punch, warranty handoff.
