Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

CSS is seeking an experienced, strategic Business Development Manager to drive client growth and expand our influence across HR consulting, executive search, and travel services. You’ll be pivotal in forging meaningful partnerships—especially with small businesses, professionals, and organizations—ensuring our services continue to empower and transform businesses.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in HR consulting, executive search, and corporate travel.

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads across industries such as manufacturing, software, non-profit, and more.

Design and implement go-to-market strategies to attract clients needing tailored HR and travel solutions.

Client & Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organizations—from small business owners to HR and operations leaders.

Lead discovery sessions and consultations to understand each client’s unique challenges and craft customized solutions.

Collaborate on client onboarding, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with CSS's commitment to high-quality, personalized guidance

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

Work closely with operations, delivery, and marketing teams to craft service offerings and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

Provide market insights to enhance CSS’s positioning and service offerings in executive search, HR support, and travel planning.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) : revenue generated, client conversion rate, client retention, pipeline velocity, and average deal value.

Regularly report on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance against targets.

Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness

Represent CSS at industry events, networking functions, and relevant conferences.

Contribute to content strategy—articles, case studies, webinars—showcasing CSS’s expertise in staff recruitment, HR consulting, and personalized travel services.
