Job Summary and Responsibilities

• This position is remote, but will be expected to work PST business hours.  Preference for candidates currently residing in California.

Position Summary :

As a Sr Financial Analyst with the Dignity Health Medical Foundation, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you will function as a key source of advanced financial expertise, providing financial business development, analytical services, and recommendations that influence sound business decisions, enable delivery of business objectives, and guide long-term business planning.

Your success in this role comes from being an active contributor and performing complex analysis of financial and statistical results.

Some of your daily activities will include : - Preparation of preliminary monthly financial statements- Data-mining and research for variance drivers and sharing those findings - Lead value projects that directly improve the bottom line- Recommending Journal entries based upon policy or guidance per US GAAP- Support early intervention, financial standardization and reporting improvement plans
