Overview

Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Associate — Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice in the Cleveland or Atlanta office.

The successful candidate will have three to six years of bankruptcy practice experience, outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills. Judicial clerkship experience for a bankruptcy judge is a plus. The associate will be involved in complex bankruptcy matters in a sophisticated and diverse practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state to which they are applying.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of bankruptcy practice experience
