Compensation : $66-$72 / hr
Schedule : M-TH, 40 hrs / week

We are looking for an Certified Physician's Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and help us in our vision to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities that are suffering from the devastating effects of substance use disorder.

The Role :
As a provider with Ideal Option, you get the opportunity to join our fight against the opioid crisis. You’ll be helping patients through some of the lowest and darkest points of their lives. You’ll then be in a position to help patients reclaim their lives. You’ll witness firsthand the impact Ideal Option makes in communities across the nation. Additional responsibilities include :
Monitor patient chart activity in eCW for locking and co-signing charts by providerIn office assessments of patients to determine appropriateness of office-based buprenorphine therapyObtain History of present illness, past medical history, current medications and allergiesPerform review of systemsPerform complete physical examinationsEstablish diagnosis and develop appropriate plans for treatmentRefer patients for appropriate counselingDaily co-sign patient chartsInduction of patients onto buprenorphineOnce assessment has been complete, often the next step is induction onto buprenorphinePatient must be in mild to moderate withdrawals, ARNP will determine correct level of withdrawals before starting inductionManage gradual induction onto the appropriate dose of buprenorphineAssess for any immediate negative side effectsFollow up and Maintenance EvaluationsFollow up recently induced patients to determine current state on buprenorphinePerform clinical evaluations of patients on an ongoing and periodic basis to be determined by physicianObtain and interpret appropriate lab dataFollows appropriate guidelines and use of telehealth communications with each patient and officeRequirements : Qualifications :
Active, Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner LicenseActive DEA License
