About the Role

As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for mission-critical IT roles across our Consulting, Managed Services, and Technology Staffing practices – partnering with delivery leads and business stakeholders to build world-class teams that drive client success. This is a strategic hiring position with visibility into C-suite initiatives and a clear path to leadership in talent operations or client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical specialties :
• Cloud Strategy & DevOps
• ERP Integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Cybersecurity & Privacy Compliance
• Blockchain Development
• BPM, CRM & BI Solutions
• Identity & Access Management
• Craft and refine job descriptions; post to ATS and niche boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, GitHub, etc.)
• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns : Boolean search, social outreach, hacker forums, community events
• Screen resumes for technical depth and cultural fit; conduct structured behavioral and technical interviews
• Manage and optimize ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse or similar)
• Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion) and present actionable insights to leadership
• Represent CHT at industry conferences, meetups, and campus events to expand our talent network
• Collaborate with and enhance our network of expert resources and partners
• Champion the CHT employer brand : deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch to offer acceptance
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices; mentor junior recruiters as we continue to scale
