Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting

Location: Port Hueneme, CA

Start Date: January 5, 2026

Contract Length: 20 weeks (through end of school year)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (AM shift)

Setting: In-person only

Position Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges. This role also includes educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field

• Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs in schools

• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred

• Compliance with all professional standards of practice

• Current CPR (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation

• Local Pay: $85/hour

• Travel Package: $3,859/week gross

Additional Details

• Grade Levels: Preschool - Elementary

• Sites: Up to 2-3 school sites per week

• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
