Overview
This is an opportunity to lead strategic sales and market development for one of the nation’s most respected home health and hospice providers. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales executive who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving growth through data and relationships, and collaborating closely with operations to ensure market execution aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage regional sales performance goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Design and oversee business development staffing and resource strategy.
Provide training, tools, and coaching to empower sales leaders to grow referral business from physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners.
Partner with operations leadership to align enterprise growth strategy and ensure continuity of care across service lines.
Lead the region’s sales leadership team, maintaining accountability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, implement development plans, and foster a culture of mentorship and professional growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive key initiatives that strengthen brand presence and referral partnerships across the region.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field — or RN licensure.
8+ years of healthcare sales experience, including at least 5 years in management.
Proven success leading multi-state sales teams in the post-acute or home-based care sector.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
