This full-time role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.
About the Opportunity :
- Hybrid or Remote : Fieldwork required
- Shift : Flexible schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, with optional weekends
- Hours : 37.5 hours per week, flexible scheduling with breaks
- Setting : Group homes
Responsibilities :
Developing functional behavioral assessments and support plansProviding individual and group counselingPresenting psychotropic medications to the Human Rights CommitteeTraining staff in behavior support plan implementationReferring individuals for psychiatric and psychological careQualifications :
2+ years of related work experience in the fieldMaster's Degree in a related fieldProficiency in Data Analysis and support plan developmentExperience with Mental Health services coordinationStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility and reliabilityEmpathy and professionalismDesired Skills :
