Job Summary
Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including : BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list; use handheld scanner to pick and verify items; move merchandise to staging area.Communicate inventory and equipment issues and report expired or short-dated items.Collaborate with the club team to replenish merchandise as needed.Assist in pulling merchandise from reserve areas to minimize floor replenishment.Meet productivity and deadline requirements; uphold SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.Take responsibility for individual performance and work with leadership when targets are not met.Package orders securely according to SOPs.Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area; perform general housekeeping and handle damaged / spoiled products per SOPs.Process returns and determine handling (via DDR or Membership desk).Maintain all club policies, including dress code; meet Omni productivity expectations and service-level goals.Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.Regular, predictable attendance is essential.Qualifications
Previous order pulling experience preferred.Big box / wholesale retail experience preferred.Previous RF scanner experience preferred.Job Conditions
Frequent movement on hard surfaces; may require bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly; may require lifting more than 30 pounds with assistance.Environment may include loud equipment and exposure to temperature extremes when handling refrigerated orders.Occasional exposure to cleaning agents as needed.Compensation
Pay transparency : starting pay range from $16.50 / hour (actual salary may vary by location, education, experience, and qualifications).
