FocusKPI is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. Our client's Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company.
The team complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas :
- corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.

Associate) Sales Operations Analyst to join the dynamic team.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.Work Location :
Remote - anywhere in the US Duration : 12-month contract Pay Range : $28 / hr to $37 / hr Responsibilities : Reporting and Analysis : - Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators - Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies - Analyse sales performance and provide insights to inform decision making Process Improvement : - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations - Partner with IT and Sales to implement changes that enhance efficiency Stakeholder Support : - Respond to ad hoc sales support requests, providing timely and practical solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights that support local and global sales efforts System & Data Governance : - Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools - Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow etc Conversational intelligence tooling experience a distinct advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and / or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions Thank you!FocusKPI Hiring Team Founded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
