Opportunity available for a Program Manager to lead the multi-phase rollout of a strategic enterprise planning platform that connects long-term vision to quarterly execution. This platform will help teams plan smarter, prioritize better, and align seamlessly across Product, Tech, and Business.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Drive the enterprise rollout plan—defining milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
- Bring cross-functional teams together to configure, pilot, and launch the tool in alignment with company goals.
- Keep things on track through strong governance—managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the central connector between Product, Engineering, PMO, Strategy, and leadership teams.Facilitate alignment sessions and planning forums to gather input and ensure buy-in from senior leaders and planning teams.Partner with Change Management to shape communication, training, and enablement strategies that drive adoption.Tool & Process Integration
Configure the tool to support all levels of planning—from big-picture strategy to quarterly execution :3-Year Strategic PlanningAnnual Goal SettingQuarterly Prioritization & DeliveryValue Measurement & AccountabilityCross-Team Visibility & AlignmentSupport integrations with key systems (like Jira) to create a connected planning ecosystem.Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Create rollout resources and dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and feedback.Lead retrospectives to capture learnings and improve future rollout phases.Champion data quality and consistency to help teams get the most out of the platform.Qualifications
6+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise tool implementations.Proven success delivering technology solutions in large, complex organizations.Deep understanding of strategic and operational planning (OKRs, initiative tracking, governance).Excellent organization and communication skills—able to navigate multiple workstreams and stakeholders with ease.Comfortable operating across business and technical teams, even in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
