Work with qualified, company-provided leads

Evaluate HVAC needs and create tailored solutions for homeowners

Perform Comfort Surveys

Maintain closing ratios : 75% on tech-generated leads, 50% on marketed leads

Ensure proper collections

Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and energy

Sales experience preferred; HVAC experience a plus

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
