    • Your Role

  • Engage promptly and consistently with Flex connections.
  • Conduct buyer seller consultations with assurance.
  • Host open houses and showcase our listings with premium marketing.
  • Manage transactions seamlessly with the support of our in-house systems.
  • Foster repeat and referral business through strong client relationships and market expertise.

    • Compensation Schedule

  • Full-time | Commission-based with performance bonuses
  • Pay range : $98,226 – $196,492+ annually (based on production)
  • Flexible schedule with weekend availability required.
