From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Operates forklift / powered equipment safely and responsibly.
• Wraps pallets
• Truck loading and unloading
• Practices the highest standards of GMP's.
• Documents safety checks on fork-lifts / powered equipment before use
• Ensures accurate documentation of all inbound paperwork.
• Completes activity movement sheets daily.
• Reports any product or property damage to DC Superintendent or DC Manager
• Work with the Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure the quality and specifications of the product are continually being met.
• Take necessary measures if people perform unsafe acts or are in a dangerous environment.
• Key contributor to the maintenance of FSSC 22000 system
• Uphold all rules about the confidentiality of information regarding Lactalis products, recipes, and employee information.

Candidate must have the following attributes / skills : strong attention to detail and accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, vision abilities (close, distance, color, and ability to focus), ability to push / pull / lift and carry at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, be able to stand for an entire shift, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching).

We are offering a $2,000

Pay : $25.25 / hr with shift premium. Weekend Premium 20%. Lactalis offers very competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.
