Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting with various litigation matters, ensuring high-quality legal representation for our clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to engage in challenging cases while developing your skills in litigation and trial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and litigation plans.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support to senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with clients to gather facts and evidence, and keep them informed on case developments.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and filed appropriately.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and strategy discussions.
• Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and changes in legislation affecting litigation.
