Our client is a Health Care provider located in Engelwood, NJ seeking a Medical Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and organize medical records, billing statements, and payer correspondence related to OON claims
- Prepare IDR submissions and manage timelines under the No Surprises Act
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state laws impacting NSA and OON claims
- Coordinate with providers, insurers, and legal teams to resolve reimbursement disputes
- Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking systems
Qualifications :
The annual base salary range is $80k to $110k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
