About the Role :

At Belvac, precision and safety converge in the role of CNC Precision Turning Expert. Here, you'll configure and operate sophisticated machines, performing intricate operations such as live tool milling and turning, while ensuring our exemplary quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, ensuring machinery operation is risk-free.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of turning processes and machine setups.
  • Employ analytical skills to inspect dimensions and adjust feed rates, enhancing the machined parts process.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate process enhancements effectively.
  • Inspect the first-piece and ongoing production with precise measuring instruments.

Physical Stipulations :

  • Long-standing periods (up to 10 hours / day) are expected and proficient maneuvering of overhead cranes.
  • Hand-eye coordination is crucial, with the dexterity to use grinders, files, and other hand tools.

    • Educational and Skill Requirements :

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a Journeyman's License is advantageous.
  • Excellence in shop mathematics and blueprint interpretation is essential.

    • Technology Focus :

  • Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes, ranging from 2-axis to 5+ axis machines.
