Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for Patient Access Representatives local to Seattle, WA. This is a work-from-home position, however, candidates MUST live within 1 hour of Seattle, WA to pick up equipment and attend orientation. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, but could extend. This position requires holidays.

  • Duration : 11 / 3 / 2025 - 4 / 3 / 2026
  • Availability Needed : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am-6 : 00pm PST
  • Equipment Provided (see below for WFH requirements)
  • $20-21 / hr paid weekly (based on experience)
  • No time off during the assignment

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • Receives high volume inbound calls and messages through a queue from patients, caregivers, providers, etc.
  • Assist in appointing for any services in Primary Care, connect patients with symptoms to CNS, transfer to other departments, or send electronic messages to the appropriate care team.
  • Data entry, computer skills, typing, capturing and documenting patient information.
  • Preferred Experience - Call Center / Customer Service handling phones in the healthcare industry OR proven experience working from home in a call center or scheduling role.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent Required.

    • Work From Home Requirements :

  • A connection with 20Mb+ download and 8Mb – 10Mb upload speeds is REQUIRED .
  • Must be able to hardwire to their internet modem and cannot access internet wirelessly.
  • Candidates must be connected to the VPN. Working outside of home office is not permitted.
