Schedule :

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

Call : Weeknights (5 : 00 p.m. 8 : 00 a.m.) and every other weekend

30-minute response time required

Scope of Work :

Scheduled surgical cases on Tuesday and Wednesday

Procedures include : Isolated CABG

CABG / AVR

AVR

Provide team support for Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology

APP and Pulmonary Critical Care teams available for weekend rounding support

Patient Volume : Approximately 100 pump cases per year

Support Staff Includes :

Advanced Practice Provider (First Assist capable)

Anesthesia team with TEE capability in the OR

Perfusionist

Cardiac nursing team

Clinic staff

Requirements :

Active Indiana medical license ( IMLC not accepted)

Active Indiana DEA and CSR

Board Certifi
