Outpatient facility may be open to 4-10's.  '.. three-clinician (2 PT, 1 PTA) office located just outside of DC. Age Group : Adults; Adolescent; Geriatric

Productivity Tools / Expectations : Average Caseload Size Caseload Size : 55 visits / week

Applicable Professional Skills : Case Management Applicable Evaluation / Assessment Methods : Fall Risk Assessment; Gross Motor Assessments

Ortho Skills : Achilles Tendonitis; ACL Tear; Back Pain-Post Operative; Calf Strain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Disc Herniation; Fractures / Stress Fractures; Generalized Low Back Pain; Headache; Meniscus Tear; Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis; Plantar fasciitis; Postural Dysfunction; Rotator Cuff Non-surgical

Neuro Skills : Brachial Plexus Injury; CVA; Degenerative Diseases; Parkinson's Disease
