Job description$16.50 per hour starting pay Temp-to-hire position Benefits upon hire-in Opportunities for cross-training in multiple production areas Work in the finishing area of the shop, rotating between departments as needed Operate automated packing machines or manually pack products into boxes Assemble products by hand or on a machine, adding washers and o-rings to parts Operate sealant machines to apply protective coatings against leaks and corrosion Perform light lifting of small parts and components Maintain an organized and safe work area Good attention to detail and ability to work in both sitting and standing positions Open to cross-training and helping in different departments Able to work in a small-shop environment and get along well with others Honest and dependable with a solid work ethic Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments Tow motor experience a plus, but not required

Dump product into hopper, monitor machine output, tape boxes, and stage for shipping
