Job Purpose :

The Collections Team Lead is responsible for supervision of the collection of past-due payments from small business customers that have outstanding lease obligations. This role supervises a team of collectors, develops strategies to minimize delinquency and charge-offs, and partners with cross-functional teams to protect portfolio quality and mitigate potential losses to the company.

Job Duties :

Resolve, individually and collectively as a team, past due loan and lease payments and perform collection activities and related loan and lease servicing for delinquent accounts.

Collaborate with, and provide timely and accurate reporting to, senior management.

Oversee the team's day-to-day operation, manage scheduling and workflow.
