The Job :

As a Director, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you'll be part of our North America Brand Marketing team working as a remote employee. You will be responsible for leading and executing our social media strategy across our brands. You'll also get to :

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for our Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the creation, curation and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report out social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring activation in trends that are aligned to brand messaging.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners (such as the Global Brand team, Brand Management, Public Relations, Agency Partners, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
• Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
