Insight Veterinary Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, supportive team in our ER Department

Key Responsibilities
Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalismTriage incoming appointments and schedule accordinglyManage check-in / check-out and payment collectionProvide education to clients about our hospital services and offeringsFacilitate clear communication between clients and medical teamsSupport the team with additional duties as neededAbout You
Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essentialStrong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quicklyExcellent communicator with compassion for pets and peopleComfortable handling a multi-line phone systemFamiliarity with veterinary terminology is a plusAble to work independentlySchedule
Option 1 : Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shiftsOption 2 : Thursday–Sunday, 10-hour shiftsTraining : ~2 weeks (or more as needed) will be on daytime shifts before transitioning to nights.Compensation & Benefits
Base pay : $20–$22 / hr.
