Overview :
San Francisco based boutique litigation firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation. This position is ideal for someone who has worked on complex matters—including fire-related cases involving damage to family homes—and is ready to take on meaningful responsibilities within a highly respected plaintiff-side practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist lead attorneys in all aspects of complex personal injury litigation
- Conduct legal research, draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with experts, investigators, and other professionals on case strategy
- Support case development in fire damage litigation, including fact-gathering and evidence analysis
Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injuryPrior exposure to complex tort cases, including fire-related property loss, is strongly preferredStrong writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a close-knit teamPassion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and their families
