• Start Date : November 17, 2025\n
• End Date : May 17, 2026\n
• Contract Length : 26 weeks\n
• Weekly Hours : 40\n
• Shift : Five 8-hour day shifts per week (0700-1530 or 0600-1430 depending on location); lab operates 7 days / week with every 3rd–4th weekend required\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay : $1980–$2120\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active RN license to practice in North Carolina or multi-state (compact) RN license\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required\n
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred\n
• Specialty nursing certification in cardiac or electrophysiology preferred\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an EP Lab RN or stress test provider in an acute care hospital\n
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
• Meets all hospital and departmental competency requirements\n\nEP Lab RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac stress testing (exercise and pharmacological)\n
• Prepare patients, initiate IVs, and place / interpret ECG leads\n
• Administer and monitor stress tests using nuclear, non-nuclear, and MRI imaging modalities\n
• Deliver care for patients receiving cardiac CT studies in the Imaging Department\n
• Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care\n
