Ensuring that the customers vehicle is repaired and maintained both efficiently and seamlessly is a significant aspect of your role Delivering an exceptional customer experience. You are expected to treat a customer as you would a guest in your home. This level of service creates a strong and lasting impression on the customer and goes a long way toward creating an exceptional customer experience. Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment High School Diploma or GED ASE Certification / Technical degree (preferred) At least 3 years in a service department Valid drivers license Meineke values personal and professional growth.
